MavisBUTLER(Nee Hartley) Ron Butler and family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, cards of condolence and flowers received during the sad loss of Mavis (my wonderful and caring wife and mother of our son Richard). Thanks also go to the same people for the generous donations to Cancer Research which raised a total of £560. Thanks also to Crake and Mallon, especially David Gray for the kind care and attention during the funeral, Fr D Speight and Fr R Hall for a lovely Requiem Mass at Christ the King Church, Ian and Sharon at the Teesside Golf Club for a beautiful reception afterwards and also to the doctors and nurses at James Cook University Hospital, Ward 23, District Nurses and Marie Curie Nurses for their care and attention during Mavis' treatment and in her final days.
